Welcome to my website. I am Phillip J. Guerreiro, and I am a Professor of Military and International Security at USAF Air Command and Staff College. I also received my PhD in International Relations at Florida International University.

Current Research
My current research is on China’s dam development in the downstream Mekong Basin. Specifically, I am analyzing the motivations and impacts from both a lens of hydro-hegemony and economic dependency.
